At Grand Cat Central Feline Hospital, cats aren't just one of the patients we see- they're our entire focus. As southern West Virginia's dedicated feline-only veterinary hospital, we provide compassionate, high-quality medical care in a calm, cat friendly environment designed to reduce stress for both cats and their families.
Our mission is to help every cat live a longer, healthier, and happier life through personalized, evidence based veterinary medicine period from Wellness exams and preventative care to advanced diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, grooming, boarding, and end of life care we offer comprehensive services tailored specifically to the unique needs of feline patients.
We are also proud to support our community through our 501C3 feline rescue, working to give homeless cats a second chance through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption.

The Team
Dr. Amanda Whitman graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. She has been in feline-only practice for nearly 4 years.
Amy, Dr. Whitman’s mother, is the head of reception. She has been working with cats in the rescue world for over 15 years.
Rocky is the clinic manager/HR specialist.
Gunnar is Dr. Whitman’s trusty technician-
and husband!
